Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order. Here's how it works:
- Cancellations Before Dispatch: You can easily cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To do this, simply contact our customer support team by emailing support@mustkit.com. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can process your cancellation.
- Cancellations After Dispatch: Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. This is because the order has already entered the shipping process.
What to do if Your Order Has Been Dispatched:
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to return it, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return.
We kindly ask that you reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. This allows us to efficiently update our system and prevent any unnecessary processing or shipping costs.
